RBC Waterpark Place
RBC Waterpark is Oxford Properties newest 30 story office tower built on Toronto's prime waterfront. The 930,000sq.ft. project will be the new national headquarters for RBC banking, house 50,000sq.ft. of retail and a 15,000sq.ft. food court. The building was designed by WZMH Architect and built by Canada's largest General Contractor "Ellisdon".
LATICRETE SUPERCAP Ontario Ltd. was contracted by Maple Tile & Terrazzo to level the concrete floors in the food court, main lobby, link to the existing tower and the retail corridor. 37,000sq.ft. of SC500 has been poured to date on this project's first 2 floors. We have been looking at some other areas to be corrected on upper floors using our small bags.
