Connor Sports Flooring used Elastiwood over LATICRETE SUPERCAP poured at 1 1/2 " deep and with LATICRETE SUPERCAP Moisture Vapor Control used to eliminate moisture concerns. A dead-level was required for this floor. Elastiwood is troweled on finished wear surface over a rubber padding and both the logos and gamelines are painted. Connors had originally specified Aquafin's vapor control and leveling products, however, with the assistance of both Pyramid & LATICRETE SUPERCAP, they changed their specifications to LATICRETE SUPERCAP products. They have also supplied a letter endorsing the use of LATICRETE SUPERCAP Products under their products.

A brief experience with Stephen DeGaray of Pyramid Floors:
"It's Saturday Night and Pyramid Floor Covering is pumping down at Macy's Herald Square 34th Street...THE WORLDS MOST FAMOUS DEPARTMENT STORE!! Two separate jobs, one truck & one crew! It's beautiful no way can this be done without this system. In floor contracting that's impossible to do with 7 men! "
"Engineers needed a solution for the 4th Floor and we provided a great one all over an old wood floor 6 mil poly and wire mesh prior to pouring the light weight SUPERCAP. The 4th floor is 14,000 sq ft 1 1/2 inch SUPERCAP light weight. Tile contractor using LATICRETE Hydroban & Platinum thin set and grout. The basement job we just finished was 12,000 sq ft 1 inch average straight up SUPERCAP. Round two 4th floor coming up its 1am and the party is still on. "

Avi Meadow, nephew of LATICRETE owners David and Henry Rothberg,
just returned from a few days spent at around 4000 metres in the Alps on the border of Italy and Switzerland.
He lead a team of two fraternity brothers to the summit of two 4000 metre peaks, the Breithorn, 4165m ( 13, 744 ft) ( pictured here) and Il Castore, 4228m before bad weather forced them to descend.

Supercap lightweight was poured up to 3" deep over this historic 100 year old subfloor with results as dazzling as the Macy's flagship store itself!
On site for viewing this remarkable floor was Brian & Stephen DeGaray of Pyramid Floors with Ed Metcalf of LATICRETE International.
