The LATICRETE SUPERCAP System was chosen by flooring contractor Division 9 for Microsoft buildings 97 & 96. Our challenges included correcting a substrate rainout issue, providing moisture mitigation with Aquafin SG3 and encapsulating the SG3 with LATICRETE SUPERCAP.
We were also asked to achieve a floor flatness requirement of 50. No Problem! The area consisted of 21,000 square feet of moisture-sensitive computer server rooms, which were scheduled to receive Armstrong static-dissipative tile. The Aquafin reduced the MVER to below 1-lb, and we exceeded the floor flatness requirements.
Once again, the LATICRETE SUPERCAP System exceeded specifications and completed the installation four days earlier than if using competing technologies.
